In an effort to identify the causes and conditions of poverty in the communities we serve, we conduct
an assessment of the community. This Community Assessment identifies the strengths and resources
available in the community to meet the needs of children, youth, seniors, individuals and families.

Our guide to providing services is outlined in our Strategic Plan which contains our
