MEDICARE PART D In 2004, Congress passed and the president signed the Medicare Part D prescription legislation into law. The early enrollment period for Medicare Part D ended on June 15, 2006. If you have not yet signed up for Medicare Part D, you can still do so. Call or email the Clay County Seniors program (see information at the bottom of the page) if you would like assistance.

PRESCRIPTION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM By working directly with healthcare providers and pharmaceutical companies, Prescription Assistance Program (PAP) has been able to help countless individuals obtain prescription medication at reduced or no-cost.  There are no geographic or demographic restrictions for program use, as well as no fees.
