You and everyone who lived with you receives Supplemental Security Income (SSI), General Assistance (GA), Minnesota Supplemental AID (MSA) OR
You receive or are authorized to receive Child Care benefits under the Transition Year Child Care program or the Basic Sliding Fee Child Care program, OR
You participate in the Diversionary Work Program (DWP)
If you don’t meet the above eligibility requirements, you may be eligible if:
You have received a copy of the Domestic Violence Brochure, and your assets are less than $7,000 and
You are under age 60 and your income does not exceed the maximum gross income limit guidelines (below) OR
You are age 60 or older and your income, after allowing for expenses such as rent and medical costs are within the net income (below)
